To firewalk is like to accomplish something you have never done before. It pushes you more and challenges you greater, until you are able to do it 108 times in a row without thinking twice!

Now, one of the questions that our Master Firewalk Instructor, Joe White, gets asked the most often is: “Why do you firewalk?” Here is his WHY.

“I remember my first firewalk. It was at a Tony Robbins event in the ’90s. All it took was one time, and I was hooked. The thrill, the adrenaline, the overwhelming feeling of empowerment was unforgettable.

Eleven years later, I became a Certified Firewalk Instructor and began to conduct firewalks at my events here in Delaware. I began to witness the excitement and transformations that I experienced. I now was hooked as the Instructor as well.

Four years later, I was certified as a Master Firewalk Instructor. One of only a few in the world. I was conducting my own Trainings, and as I watched these amazing individuals lead others across the fire, it filled my heart.

In November of 2019, I acquired the same school I trained initially, which taught Tony Robbins and thousands worldwide. I was deeply honored and excited to bring the Home of Firewalking to my home state of Delaware.

So why do I firewalk

I do it because it unlocks the potential of who we can be, unlike anything I experienced in my life. It has been one of those things that have serendipitously just had always shown up in my life.

The fire is the ultimate teacher. It gives you whatever you need the most. Confidence, acceptance, letting go, love, freedom, it is all there for you.

Does one need to firewalk? No. But we all have to cross firewalks in our lives. When you have the knowledge that you have crossed the fire, you approach the challenges in life with confidence that, “If I can walk on FIRE, I can do anything!”

That is why we Firewalk.”
